Orders
Below are common questions and answers about orders.
Once you've found the product you want to purchase, click the add to shopping cart button. Once you are done choosing the items, click the proceed to checkout button to fill in the information required. Choose your desired shipping and payment option. Once the order has been placed, a web confirmation number will be provided to you at the top of the page. You will then automatically receive a confirmation via email.
We offer all major payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, along with Express Checkout options; PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged under the name Turbo’s FBC Novelties, LLC. which is our parent company or SWTLY SAS pending which payment method you select.
Once you place an order on our website you will receive an order confirmation from our store. If you do not receive this order confirmation, then your order did not process correctly either due to a declined payment method or inaccurate address. Please check and resubmit your order.
Delivery times depend on your location and service you choose at time of check out. Proceed to checkout and continue to the shipping method to see the delivery date. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by Sweetly Sassy Toys or our shipping partners.
Currently Sweetly Sassy Toys ships items within 24 hours for in stock products. Shipping charges and service times for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur through no fault of our own. We are not responsible for shipping delivery delays due to the servicing company i.e. UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex or any delays due to weather or Acts of God.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you no longer wish to receive the order we suggest you mark the package Return to Sender and refuse the order at the time of delivery.
You can also bring the unopened package back to the carrier and advise them you are refusing the delivery. All refused deliveries are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your return credit. All orders are considered used once the shipping box is opened and will not be accepted back by our warehouse. Please make sure the shipping box remains sealed.
All orders must be placed online. We can not place an order over the phone.
If you have scheduled a party with us, we will provide additional contact information for placing orders.
We use multiple warehouse to fulfill orders for our customers. If one warehouse is out of stock on an item, it will automatically ship from another one. This will cause you to receive more than one package.
Shipping & Returns

Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. This includes purchases made and sent as a gift.
In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
Once the order is processed and shipped we can not make any changes to the address. In most cases, if the order can not be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded minus any shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. They will NOT be shipped back out.
Sweetly Sassy Toys takes your privacy and discretion seriously. Orders generally arrive in plain boxes or mailers that simply read Customer Service on the label.
Sweetly Sassy Toys currently offers two shipping options for domestic shipping. These options include:
Free Shipping: For orders over $59 your items will ship free via standard shipping.
Standard shipping: items are typically delivered within 5-7 days pending your address.
Expedited shipping: items are typically delivered within 2-3 days once shipped.
We do not currently offer same day pick up or next day air. If you need your sooner than Expedited, please reach out to us directly.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Sweetly Sassy Toys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please refer to our Return Policy here.
At this time Sweetly Sassy Toys does NOT ship internationally. However we are always adding services so check back often.
Products and Compliance
Below are common questions about our products and location.
Absolutely!!! It is extremely important to register your product with the manufacturer as soon as you receive it.
This allows you to work directly with them if any issue arises regarding your product. If for any reason your product stops working or becomes defective due to a manufacturer issue, they will work with you directly to replace the item. But it has to be REGISTERED in order for them to do this.
You need to have your date of purchase, company purchased from - Sweetly Sassy Toys - amount purchased for and any other additional information they may request. i.e. name, address, etc.
Sweetly Sassy Toys may be able to help with a manufacturer if you need assistance. Please contact us if you are having any issues.
If an item is found to be defective within 10 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please click here to contact us to let us know of the issue. Beyond the 10 days, please contact the manufacturer of your registered product.
We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email which will provide instructions on getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED.
We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, found in the top right hand corner of your invoice OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed.
Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc. in order to be eligible for return.
We are primarily an e-commerce business. All items are shipped directly from our warehouse. We are not open to the public.
However, you can schedule a party or private consultation in your home or via zoom. See our Let's Party page for additional information.
The security of our users' financial transactions is extremely important to us.
Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, the industry-standard authentication and encryption technology. This ensures that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented any information transmitted over the internet will remain unaltered and secure.
Please note that e-mail is not encrypted, and therefore NOT a secure means of transmitting credit card information. Sweetly Sassy Toys will NEVER request sensitive information over e-mail.
Cookies are a method used to track a customer through their sales process for statistical and shopping cart purposes. We use this information to help us provide you with a better shopping experience; it is never shared with any 3rd party. All pictures of models on product covers or on video products offered on this site have been created / produced by other companies, manufacturers, or studios.
Turbo’s FBC Novelties, LLC. does not have in our possession any of the original 2257 disclaimers for any of the models. All of the companies, manufacturers, or studios that have created content that we sell or advertise have represented to Turbo’s FBC Novelties, LLC, that all models appearing on their product covers or instructional videos are over 18 and that they, companies, manufacturers, or studios, maintain all appropriate 2257 disclaimers or the equivalent.
