How will my products be shipped?

Sweetly Sassy Toys takes your privacy and discretion seriously. Orders generally arrive in plain boxes or mailers that simply read Customer Service on the label.

What are the shipping rates and delivery estimates?

Shipping charges, available services, and estimated delivery dates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Carrier delays can occasionally occur through no fault of Sweetly Sassy Toys. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, USPS, FedEx, weather, service disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Will I receive shipment confirmation and tracking?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email after your order ships. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

How will my order appear on my statement?

Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged under the name Turbo’s FBC Novelties, LLC, our parent company, or SWTLY SASSY, depending on the payment method.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery timing depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Continue to the shipping step at checkout to see the current estimated delivery date. Weekends and holidays are not business days for Sweetly Sassy Toys or our shipping partners.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders generally ship within 24–48 business hours. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

What shipping options do you offer?

For domestic orders, available methods may include free standard shipping on qualifying orders, paid standard shipping, and expedited shipping. Rates and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout.

Free standard shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping.

Standard shipping: Standard transit commonly takes 5–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier conditions. Refer to the estimate shown at checkout for your order.

Expedited shipping: Expedited service may shorten carrier transit time, but it does not change the 24–48 business-hour processing window. Refer to the estimate shown at checkout for your order.

We do not currently offer same-day pickup or next-day air.

What if my package arrives damaged or does not arrive?

If a carrier damages or loses your shipment, please contact the carrier promptly to open a claim and contact Sweetly Sassy Toys at https://www.sweetlysassy.com/pages/contact-us so we can help document the issue. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.

If you receive the wrong item, a warehouse-damaged item, or a defective product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
